Been a While...
Hello everyone!
It's been forever since a blog post! As many of you know since the last time we posted in the summer of 2010 we've had a 4th baby and life just never seems quite the same when you add to your family!
Also, we've added an actual WEBSITE to our internet presence that contains our menus, plus has a photo gallery and some other goodies under construction. Come and visit us at WWW.KNEADFULTHINGSRESTAURANT.COM.
Since when people GOOGLE us (and this is a GOOGLE based blog) our blog site comes up on the first page, we will attempt to list our website address close to the top of the blog frequently to sort of redirect people.
What's new since we last posted? Lots of yummy food on our FALL 2011 menu and later hours (OPEN TIL 8PM!). We hope you are well and we will see you soon!

Summer Summer Summer...
It turns me up-side-down...
As the song goes! it's like that around here, when the weather gets warm and the grass and trees are so green it's blinding...people start heading to the lake on weekends and warm evenings...we NoDaks pack a whole lotta livin' into our summer months. They are certainly precious!
Here at Kneadful we've got some new summer crew members and a great summer menu which you can find on the "notes" tab of our facebook page. We also have a NEW BREAKFAST menu and are open from 7am - 7 pm for the summer, so be sure to satisfy your summer cravings for great, fresh, unique food!
We have some printed menus available here at the restaurant, too, so you can pick some up and share with your friends and co-workers...as always, you can pre-order for take out of any of our menu items.

Mother's Day Buffet is coming!
Hey "fans" or "likers" or whatever facebook calls you these days. (we prefer "fans" but that's just us...)
We are excited to announce our 2010 Mother's Day Buffet set for 10am-3pm Sunday, May 9th! We will be posting menus as they develop here and on Facebook, so be sure to check in often. There will be something for every member of the family, especially Mom on her special day.
As always, reservations are not necessary but are encouraged for LARGE parties, so we can have a table waiting for you. As we get closer to the date we will announce seating times that are available.
We hope to be able to help you treat Mom on Mother's Day! See you soon!

Happy Wednesday!
Also known as "hump day" in some parts of the world! Seems like spring is struggling today, as the cold breeze is blowing here in beautiful Devils Lake, ND!
We have a fun Easter-themed contest going on here at the restaurant... when you make a purchase you get to choose a colorful egg from the Easter basket and see if you are an instant winner of a prize! Prizes include: Free cookies, a custom cake, free fountain pop, free bread or a chance to be included in a drawing for a $50.00 Gift Certificate! Come on in and try your luck! Of course, all the eggs have candy inside, so if nothing else, come in and get a jelly bean!
If you've been following our Facebook page, you'll know we had fun in St. Paul watching the ND Fighting Sioux win the Broadmoor Trophy (named for the Hotel and ice rink where I trained as a figure skater in the '80's). We did end up sampling mainly snackies from arena concessions, but of course St. Paul has much more to offer than that! Can't wait to get back to do more of a "foodie" visit!
Also, regarding the Facebook page, we have about 40 fans so far, which I'm sure will increase as time goes by....It feels really good being able to keep our friends posted on goings-on at KT...things are always changing, new items, new menus...keeps it interesting! And, as always, we strive to provide the good people of the Lake Region with food that's fresh and actually made from real ingredients every day. (Did you know that a good friend of mine didn't realize that we really made our bread from scratch: flour, yeast, water, etc. Mix, knead, rise, etc. I said, "that's why our sign says "Handmade Bread" and she said "I didn't know that meant from scratch!" What's a girl gotta do?!?) Anyway...it's all here, folks. Stop in and see us!

Spring Break!
Hello all! Thanks to all of you who have become fans of our Facebook page this week...be sure to suggest us to your other FB friends so we can spread the word about Kneadful's great, fresh, unique food!
We wanted to let all of our friends know we will be closed for a mini spring break starting Thursday March 18 through Saturday March 20. We reopen as usual on Monday, March 22!
We will be visiting St. Paul, MN for the WCHA final five tournament to cheer on the UND Fighting Sioux! Hope to get to some fun restaurants while we're there! Watch this space for "reviews!" Have a great weekend!
